A 60-Minute Online Session to Help You Think Clearly About Your Smoking Habit
This is not a lecture
about how bad cigarettes are.
You already know that.
This is not about
forcing you to quit. It's about
helping you understand:
My name is Naveen Singhania.
I’m 42.
I’m a businessman, author, public speaker and Toastmaster.
But there was a time when I was simply...
“I wasn't smoking cigarettes anymore.
The cigarettes were controlling me.”
I started smoking in 2004.
For approximately 17 years,
I smoked around 10–15 cigarettes a day.
Cigarettes became part of my routine.
During those years, I personally experienced several health problems, including:
These are part of my personal story, not promises about what smoking will cause or what quitting will cure.
But eventually, I had enough.
I quit smoking.
But it again took me 5 years to get out of this unwanted habit. I left cigarettes for a week and I again started smoking. This happened multiple times. And only after I understood the Psychology behind Smoking Addiction I ultimately stopped it forever.
And then something unexpected happened.
I didn't just stop smoking.
❌ “Attend this webinar and you'll definitely quit.”
❌ “You will never have a craving again.”
Instead, I'll share what happened when I confronted my own relationship with smoking and what I learned through my own transformation.
“What could my life look like if smoking was no longer controlling my decisions?”
Maybe you could run.
Maybe you could breathe better.
Maybe you could become more active.
Maybe you could spend more time with your family.
Maybe you could finally do the things you've been postponing.
Maybe...
An open mind.
Clarity about your decision.
