The Mental Reset Session is an online educational and coaching session focused on helping participants:

- Reflect on their habits and decisions
- Challenge beliefs surrounding smoking
- Develop greater clarity about their next steps
The session is based partly on the facilitator’s personal experiences and learnings.
The Mental Reset Session is not a medical treatment, medical consultation, therapy, or clinical smoking-cessation program.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Participation in the Mental Reset Session does not guarantee that you will quit smoking.
We do not promise or guarantee:
- That you will stop smoking after the session
- That you will never experience cravings
- That you will never smoke again
- That you will not experience relapse
- Any specific physical, mental, emotional, or health outcome
Every individual’s experience with smoking and nicotine is different, and results may vary.

5. Registration & Payment
The Mental Reset Session is currently offered at an entry fee of ₹99, unless otherwise specified on the registration or payment page.
Your registration will be considered confirmed after successful payment.
You are responsible for providing accurate registration and contact information.
6. Online Session Access
After successful registration, participants will receive the necessary session access details through the contact information provided during registration.
Participants are responsible for having:
- A suitable internet connection
- A compatible device
- A functioning email address or phone number
- Any required software or application needed to join the online session
The organizer is not responsible for technical difficulties caused by the participant’s device, internet connection, network, or software.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable once the registration has been successfully confirmed.
If a different refund policy applies, the applicable policy will be clearly stated on the registration or payment page.
8. Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend the scheduled session, you may contact us regarding rescheduling.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be offered at the discretion of the organizer.
9. Intellectual Property
All content associated with the Mental Reset Session—including presentations, frameworks, exercises, written materials, graphics, videos, recordings, and other educational materials—is owned by or licensed to the organizer.
Participants may use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- Copy or reproduce the materials for commercial use
- Sell or redistribute the materials
- Republish the content
- Present the content as your own
- Record and distribute the session
- Use the materials to conduct a competing commercial program
10. Recording & Distribution
Participants may not record, reproduce, livestream, or distribute the Mental Reset Session or any portion of it without prior written permission.
If the organizer records the session, participants will be informed where applicable.
11. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully during the session.
The organizer reserves the right to remove a participant from the session if they:
- Engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
- Harass the facilitator or other participants
- Disrupt the session
- Share offensive or unlawful content
- Use the session for unrelated promotional activities
No refund may be provided where access is terminated due to inappropriate conduct.

The organizer is not responsible for interruptions, technical failures, or changes to third-party services that are outside the organizer’s control.
